Greetings, WITA campers, parents, and volunteers.

I hope this message finds you well and enjoying summer. I write with the unfortunate news that this year’s Worship in the Arts Camp is now canceled. This is a late change we don’t take lightly and don’t anticipate happening again.

The reasons for this decision are numerous, however they largely fall on a later than usual registration window, delayed because of uncertainty involving COVID-19. With this late registration window, many of our usual campers and instructors sent their regrets as they had already made other plans for our camp week. This lower than usual registration count makes it such that we could not provide the typical experience your child would have at camp.

Thankfully, with the bettering circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we plan with great certainty to offer camp next year, with registration opening early, and with the excellent leadership we always aim to provide.

All who registered for camp will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed starting on Tuesday, July 13. I am happy to answer any questions you may have at Baker@fbcgso.org. Send refund questions to Scott@fbcgso.org

Again, our deepest regrets and sincerest apologies for this cancelation. We will miss your kids this year and cannot wait for an exciting camp in 2022!
