Celebrated Sunday, February 26 with Rev. Courtney Willis preaching
Each February, First Baptist participates with other CBF congregations in the Martha Stearns Marshall Month of Preaching, named for the 18th century Baptist preacher and leader. Sponsored by Baptist Women in Ministry, MSM Month celebrates the preaching voices of women in Baptist life today.
First Baptist’s MSM preacher this year will be Rev. Courtney Willis. An ordained minister and member of First Baptist, Courtney currently works with our young adults and families, teaching Sunday School, leading Wednesday night classes and overseeing other initiatives in spiritual formation.
