Pick up a physical copy of an Advent Devotional starting Sunday, November 26 to have to reflect this Advent season. To keep it simple, it’s a one sheet, front and back, that will guide you through each week of the Advent season. Every day you will repeat the same activities for the corresponding week. Giving Tree and Honor Cards available

2 | FBCKids Cookies, Cocoa & a Christmas Parade | 10 am
Join us at the Sherouse’s for Cookies and Cocoa. They live within walking distance of downtown Greensboro, so feel free to leave your car and walk to the parade route after we decorate cookies and have our fill of cocoa. This is a drop-in event so come when you can and no reservations or sign-ups are required.

NC A&T and INSPIRO concert | 4 pm

The North Carolina A&T State University Choir will present a free Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 3 at 4 pm in our sanctuary. Our very own INSPIRO, triad community youth choir, will also be a part of this holiday tradition this year. Mark your calendars for a wonderful way to start off the Advent season.

4 | Christmas luncheon | Noon
The Senior Adult Council is pleased to host a Christmas Luncheon on Monday, December 4 at Noon. All are welcome to join on December 4th at noon for a lunch feast and music offered by Parker and Hannah Webb of the music duo “Guilford”. Cost is $12 per person. Make your reservation no later than Wednesday, November 29 by clicking here or contact Keighley Johnson in the church office.

Make plans to join us for our December Church Conference, including important items of business and updates on the life and ministry of First Baptist Greensboro. Our December Conference includes a vote on the 2024 Budget and Ministry Plan. Members received a copy of the proposed budget from the Finance Committee last Sunday. Join us at Andrew Petitt’s house on Saturday afternoon, December 16 from 3-5pm.
